Shipping Prices
Shipping and handling to all countries in the world are free. We provide this service as we have a genuine desire to make the Internet an easier and better place to do business. The price you see on the page is the final price all through the buy process. To keep the shipping cost down we will send the shirts as ordinary Parcel Post.

How Does Subscription Work?
- On the front page you click the link "PostMe Club"
- Select the subscription level that suits you the best. Remember that shipping always is free.
- Select the product(s) you want to receive in your first order.
- Input your name, address and payment info.
Your subscription is ready and within a couple of days you'll receive your first delivery.
When the time comes for your next delivery you will receive an email. In this email you check off which products(s) you want this time and the quantity.
If you do not check off any products, you'll automatically receive the ones you had delivered in your first subscription order.

Return and Refund
You can return all products still in its/their sealed package. You cannot return used products, so make sure that you do not open the product package if you want to return it. All products returned in an sealed package will be fully refunded or a new product will be sent to you.
All you have to do is to send the product back to us, no later than 21 calendar days after you received it. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, otherwise we can’t grant you a full refund or another product.
If products are returned because we made an error, we will of course happily return your shipping costs.
Please also remember to state your name, address and e-mail and please provide us with the following information:
"1 - New product:" (A new product will be shipped to you)
"2 - Refund:" (We will refund your payment)

When we have received your package, we will refund the money to your credit card account or mail you a new product within 1 week. You will be notified via email, when we have received your package.

I Get an Error When I Try to Pay!
There are many ways to solve this problem. Firstly you have to make sure that you have the latest version of your browser. We suggest Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Maybe you can solve the problem by emptying your cache and deleting your cookies. Please refer to your Browser settings. Finally it can be a server problem and maybe we're not aware of it yet, so please feel free contact the support. You can contact us here. Thank you!

Can I Send the Product as a Gift?
Yes! You can send CK UnderWear as a gift. You just have to fill in Billing Address (your address) and Shipping Address (Gift receiver). You can also write a message to the receiver in the form field "Message to Receiver" on the order page. We will email you the invoice so that your receiver won't see it.

Gift Cards and Coupons
In all of our e-stores you have the possibility to buy Gift Cards and use Coupons (if you have received one). To buy a Gift Card, you have to send us and e-mail with the the subject "Gift Card" Tell us in this e-mail what you want to use the Gift card for and we will fulfill your wish.
